  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. All exchanges or refunds must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags. Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning an item. Please contact shop@babibu.ca for all other return enquiries

  • How much does shipping cost?

    The average fee for shipping within Canada is $7.99. Wholesale or large orders vary depending on size and weight.

  • How long before I receive my order?

    All orders should be received within 7 business days. If your order is not received within this period of time, please notify us at shop@babibu.ca.

  • Will I be charged 5% GST on my order?

    No. New businesses in Canada are not required to charge tax. Since we are a new Canadian business, you will not be charged any tax! Lucky you!

  • Is your site secure?

    Yes! All orders are placed through a secure Paypal site. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the highest level of encryption security that is commercially available.

  • Can I place an order by phone or email and pay by cheque or money order?

    Absolutely! However, we will not ship your order until we receive your cheque or money order in the mail.

  • Are your clothes machine washable?

    Yes! All of our clothing can be thrown in the washing machine and dryer!


  • Do you do custom orders?

    Yes! That is one of the many luxuries of purchasing a locally handmade line of clothing. If you have any special requests or would like a size that we do not offer on our website, please do not hesitate to ask! You can email us your requests at shop@babibu.ca.
